3. RFQ Process and Quotations

When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ):

• We will review your requirements and contact our supplier partners
• Quotations are subject to supplier availability and market conditions
• Quotations are valid for a specified period (typically 30 days) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change if not accepted within the validity period
• All quotations are estimates and subject to final confirmation by the supplier

4. Order Confirmation and Payment

Once you accept a quotation:

• A formal purchase order will be issued
• Payment terms will be specified in the order (e.g., advance payment, net 30, etc.)
• Payment must be received before the order is placed with the supplier
• We accept bank transfers and other agreed payment methods
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges unless otherwise stated

5. Supplier Fulfillment and Shipping

• Shipping delays or delivery timelines
• Damage to products during transit
• Loss of goods in transit
• Carrier-related issues or disputes
• Customs clearance, import duties, or taxes
• Any liability arising from the shipping process

Upon order confirmation, you will receive the supplier's contact information and tracking details. For any shipping-related issues, please contact the supplier directly. We will assist in coordinating communication between you and the supplier.

6. Product Quality and Warranty

All products are sourced from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.

A.M. Solutions does not provide product warranties. For warranty claims, defects, or quality issues, please contact the manufacturer or supplier directly. We will facilitate communication and provide necessary documentation.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the supplier's return policy and the manufacturer's warranty terms. A.M. Solutions will facilitate the return process but is not responsible for:
